- ✕Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- ✕Items returned after 30 days without prior approval
How to Start a Return
EMAIL US
Email hello@dsgnfrll.com with subject "Return — Order #XXXX". Include your reason and photos if the item is defective.
RECEIVE LABEL
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label (defective items) or return instructions (standard returns).
SHIP IT BACK
Pack the item securely and drop it off within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.
GET YOUR REFUND
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. You'll get an email confirmation.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges — inventory moves fast. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or style. If the item you want has sold out, email us and we'll add you to the restock list.
